lindsy Matthews
Lindsy Matthews is an award-winning speaker highlighting resilience, positive mindset, and health advocacy through the lens of living with incurable stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. In her talk, Lindsy shares how we can all experience the transformative shift of using a time traveller mindset to borrow perspective from our future selves, in order to change our experience of today. Expanding on her passion for storytelling and confident communication, Lindsy is also a public speaking instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies known for her engaging, fun and relatable teaching style.

John Edward McGraw is a Multicultural Workplace Expert, Inclusive Communication Specialist, and Human Connection Speaker who helps organizations and leaders navigate cultural divides, integrate international talent, and foster workplaces where inclusive performance thrives. As founder of Hiyaku Coaching, he draws on fifteen years of teaching English in Japan and Canada and an ICF coaching credential to strengthen cultural fluency and retention.
Dr. Nina Ahuja
Dr. Nina Ahuja is the creator of Depth Perception Leadership™, a neuroscience-informed approach that helps people stay calm, clear, and effective under pressure. A surgeon, bestselling author, and award-winning educator, she is nationally recognized for advancing emotionally intelligent leadership and cultures of reliable respect. Her work draws from two decades in surgery, medical education, and health-system leadership. Dr. Ahuja is President-Elect of the Canadian Ophthalmological Society and an Associate Clinical Professor at McMaster University.
David Fontaine
An aerospace systems engineer, David Fontaine has been developing safety-critical marine, air, and space systems for 30 years – but his problem-solving passion is now squarely on public health. In 2018, a serious home mold problem, and a failed remediation, led David and his wife Lissa to join the full-time RV community. They embarked on a 6-year, 65,000km journey around the U.S, working to restore their health, sharing their story, and learning about the deep connections between our buildings and our health.
Abigail Lee
Abigail is a Spacecraft Deployment Engineer at Loft Orbital. A Queen’s alumna, she completed her Master’s in Aerospace Engineering at MIT by researching laser communications for a NASA satellite mission. Despite enjoying her work, Abigail realized she didn’t know who she was outside of school. What started as a casual interest in triathlons has turned into a world-spanning adventure as she attempts to become the youngest woman to complete an Ironman on six continents.
Marc Hull-Jacquin
A passionate social justice leader, Marc founded Shelter Movers while on leave with his daughter in 2016. The only service of its kind in Canada, Shelter Movers fills a critical gap in the country’s social safety net, having completed nearly 10,000 moves for families in crisis. Prior to Shelter Movers, Marc spent 15 years operating in government relations, program evaluation and policy development, providing expertise to public and private sector agencies like Enbridge, the Senate of Canada and several nonprofit organizations. Marc is the recipient of the YMCA Peace Medal and the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Medal. He holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology, and lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife, Meghan, and their three lively children.
Alexandra Wasti
Alexandra Wasti is an undergraduate student at Queen’s University, and a research student in Dr. Robin Green’s Cognitive Neurorehabilitation Sciences Lab at University Health Network and the University of Toronto, where she studies concussions, also known as mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI). She started Helping Brains Heal, a grassroots organization that connects people with clinical rehabilitation research and community resources, whether they are recovering from a brain injury or know someone who is.
